Online Forms and Emailing out of Blueprint OMS now available

Issue summary:
The recent outage affecting outline forms and all outbound emails from Blueprint OMS has now been resolved.

A temporary fix for the reported issue has been deployed, and outbound emailing is now working.

Emails for the following features are in the process of re-sending:
• Automated appointment reminders
• Marketing automation

You can now attempt to manually resend the following:
• Online forms
• Documents

Any online appointment bookings can be manually verified.

We are continuing to work closely with our email service provider to ensure a final resolution.
