Andrew immediately sent instructions on how to download Blueprint OMS on a new laptop. Download was successful first time. Love the Blueprint app and the representatives that I depend on.

As always, everyone at Blueprint is on the ball. Each person that I have had contact with is an absolute gem and are extremely educated with all aspects of the system. Communication is quick as is the resolution of any issues. Many companies could learn a few things from BluePrint.
