Custom agreements and forms can also be signed electronically and automatically stored in Blueprint OMS.

Optionally, fax or email a signed document directly out of the system.

Document Workflow Tracking  

Track document workflow by assigning a document status. Create your own document status options such as:

  • Draft
  • Faxed
  • Rejected
  • Prior approval requested

Easily retrieve a list of documents with any given status. Descriptions and details can also be added to documents for quick retrieval.

For clinics who submit claims electronically via Office Ally, the submitted status is applied to the automatically archived claim. Rejected claims can be easily edited for re-submission, if required.

FREE Faxing and Emailing  

Faxing and emailing documents has never been easier!

Simply click on a stored document to email of fax a copy to the patient, physician, insurer, staff member, or alternate contact.

Sender is cc’ed on any sent emails and fax transmission status can be tracked in the Fax Outbox.
