Outage
Server outage for certain EST clinics
Issue summary:
Service has been restored for all clinics. All customers affected by the outage should now have access to Blueprint OMS and be able to launch and log into the system.
This was due to a partial power outage at the AWS data center in Ohio.

We have found the source of the problem and are working to resolve the issue.

At 12:09 PM Central Timezone, users in the Eastern timezone have reported issues using Blueprint OMS. Our technical team is currently working on resolving this issue.
