Yesterday, our faxing service provider experienced an issue causing outbound faxes to be stuck in a status of ‘transmitting’ for a subset of customers. A fix was put in place last night, and they are working through a backlog of faxes. We expect a delay as they work through the backlog, but waiting times should be much improved. More updates to follow.
