Reports of inability to send online forms and email out of Blueprint OMS

Due to an unexpected configuration change at our email delivery provider, Blueprint OMS is currently unable to deliver online forms requests or send manual marketing campaigns via email. We will be deploying a fix this evening, and full functionality will be restored prior to the start of business tomorrow. (Thu Jan 11).
We recommend that all users wait until tomorrow morning before sending any additional online forms, or resending forms that were not delivered today. The same applies to sending manual marketing campaigns via email. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

We have received multiple reports of users being unable to send online forms and emails. Our engineers are currently looking into this issue and we will report back here with an update as soon as possible.
