Issue summary:
We sincerely apologize for the service interruption this afternoon and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the matter. The issue has been resolved, and Blueprint OMS is now fully operational for all clinics. Our engineers are investigating the cause of this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Blueprint OMS is fully operational within the Pacific and Mountain time zones. Our engineers are currently restoring systems within the Central and Eastern time zones. We will post an update here when all systems are back up and running.

Our engineers have identified the cause and are currently implementing a fix. We except to resolve this issue within the next hour.
