Generate – Order-related form

1. Click on a patient in the Patient browser and Open the patient file.
2. Click on the patient’s Hearing aids tab. Click on a hearing aid or orderable item > Right-click > Select the desired form.
   
   
3. *The hearing aid or orderable item must be ordered, received, or invoiced through Blueprint in order to access an order-related form.
4. Optionally, click the patient’s Sales history tab. Right-click on a hearing aid invoice > Select the desired form.
