Payment Portal Instructions  

Click here to create an account

On the payment portal, you may select the “Pay Now” or “Login” headers or choose to Enroll.

 

 

When enrolling for the first time, make sure the Account Number used is the 10 character number beginning with BP (ex: BP00000000) located on the left hand side of your invoice.

Enter the zip code that is reflected on your invoice, then select Validate.

Follow the prompts to continue setting up your account, starting with your contact information:

Then Login and Password set up:

Agree to the terms of Service:

Set up payment details or you may add that later:

You will receive an email after selecting ‘finish enrollment’.

Here is an example of the email you will receive:

Select the blue Activate button to finish creating your account.

 

Once logged in, you will see all open invoices on your account:

Check the invoices that you want to pay and identify the payment amount.   

On the right hand side of the screen, you may enter/add a new payment method. 

Once the payment method has been added and the invoices to be paid have been selected, select the green ‘Continue to Payment’ button:

Finalize payment:

Select the header ‘Auto Pay’

Then select the green ‘Create New Auto Pay’ button:

You must name the payment, select your account number and continue:

Identify the timing of your recurring payment, and the amount to be paid.  Note that by selecting ‘Amount Due’, your invoices will be paid in full without requiring manual intervention if the monthly invoice changes. 

Add the payment method (credit card or ACH)

Getting Started with QuickBooks  

Blueprint can integrate with the Windows Desktop version of QuickBooks 2012 or newer. We do not integrate with QuickBooks Online or Mac versions of Quickbooks.

We suggest leaving the QuickBooks Accounting Link in Ready status during all business hours.

Getting Started with Office Ally

Enroll with your payers through Office Ally. Enrollment forms are available on the Office Ally website.
Please note: payer enrollment can take several weeks.

Pricing: Office Ally does not charge for claims processing unless 50% or more of your submitted claims in any given month are government or non-participating payer claims, in which case a $35.00 monthly fee is assessed.

There is a one-time Blueprint Solutions setup fee of $199.00 to configure your Office Ally integration.

Once your Office Ally account is active, send your Office Ally username and password to support@blueprintsolutions.us.

Our team will request a SFTP setup with Office Ally.

You will receive 2 emails from Office Ally with SFTP in the subject line. Please forward both emails to: support@blueprintsolutions.us.

Setup Calendar iCal Feed on Android  

To locate the iCal URL: Click Setup on the main toolbar in Blueprint OMS, double-click User administration, and select Users. Right-click a desired name in the Users list and select Edit details. Click the iCal URL and press Ctrl + C on the keyboard to copy the address.

To shorten the iCal URL: Navigate to https://bitly.com. Press Ctrl + V on the keyboard to paste it into ‘Paste a link to shorten it’ on the Bitly website.

In your Google Calendar, click the drop-down menu next to Other Calendars, and click Add by URL. Enter the converted URL from step 1 above.

Click Add Calendar. Google will begin to synchronize the calendar, and it will appear on the screen.

Optionally, click the drop-down menu next to the calendar listed under Other Calendars, and click Calendar Settings. Change the Calendar Name, and click Save.

Go to https://calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect, check the box next to the new Blueprint calendar and click Save.

The ICSSync software (available for purchase in the Android Play Store) synchronizes at predictable and configurable intervals to ensure that the schedule on your Android phone is always up-to-date.

Install and open ICSSync and click Add feed. Enter your iCal URL.

Leave the Username and Password fields empty. Enter a name for the calendar, and enable the Read only check box. Click Ok to save the subscription. Click Sync all to trigger the initial synchronization.

Setup Calendar iCal Feed on iPhone/iPad  

Click Setup on the main toolbar in Blueprint OMS, double-click User administration, and select Users. Right-click a desired name in the Users list and select Edit details. Click the iCal URL and press Ctrl + C on the keyboard to copy the address.

Press Ctrl + V on the keyboard paste the link in an email to send to yourself or another staff member.

On your iphone or ipad, go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar.

Enter the iCal link retrieved from step 1 above and select Next. Edit the Description to change the calendar name and select Save.

Navigate to the Calendar on your phone to select your Blueprint schedule for viewing.

You can now take your schedule with you wherever you go!

Press Ctrl + V on the keyboard paste the link in an email to send to yourself or another staff member.

From the Tools menu in Outlook, select Account Settings. Click on the Internet Calendars tab. Click the New button.

Enter the iCal link retrieved from step 1 above and then click Add.

In the Subscription Options dialog box, you can optionally rename the calendar. Make sure the box is checked in the Update Limit section.
