Bringing loyal patients back to the office is a critical part of any hearing clinic’s marketing strategy. Blueprint Solutions and ESCO have partnered to provide you with an integration to ESCO’s Customer Reminder Care program.

This integration creates a simple, secure, stress-free service for practice owners. Once the integration is enabled, the relevant data is sent automatically from your Blueprint OMS to ESCO through a HIPAA-compliant data transfer process. From there, ESCO professionally encourages patients to contact your practice for follow-up care and presents the patient with opportunities for extended coverage through their program. Please contact ESCO for a data release authorization form if you’d like to move forward with the integration.

This offering will help build patient loyalty and save you time and money in reminding patients of expiring warranties, ultimately leading to repurchase.

Plus! Blueprint Solutions exclusively offers ESCO’s Continuation of Care form directly in your Blueprint OMS.

This form allows you to guide your patient through “what’s next” once their warranty expires:

  • Test Drive New Technology
  • Extend their Coverage with ESCO protection.
  • Pay Per Visit Program

You can interact with this form on-screen in your Blueprint OMS and print a copy for your patient to take home, complete with ESCO’s information if they decide to extend warranty coverage. Additionally, you can save a copy to the patient’s Documents for your records. 

To access this form in Blueprint OMS, select a patient and click the Patient drop-down menu select Forms > ESCO Continuation of Care.

If not needed, you can deactivate this form under the Setup menu select Templates > Forms > Right-click the form and select Deactivate.
