Blueprint Solutions is excited to introduce Companion Attendance Tracking, a new feature designed to help clinics capture valuable insights about patient appointments and support better business outcomes.

Research within the hearing care industry has shown that patients who attend appointments with a companion often feel more confident and supported throughout their hearing healthcare journey. This additional support is associated with improved treatment acceptance, higher hearing aid adoption, and stronger long-term engagement with the clinic.

By capturing companion attendance as part of your appointment workflow, your clinic can:

• Better understand patient engagement and support networks.
• Measure the impact of companion attendance on treatment acceptance and conversion rates.
• Identify trends that can help improve patient care and business performance.
• Collect meaningful data for reporting and continuous process improvement.

Clinics can now configure individual Event Types to require Companion Attendance Tracking.

When Companion Attendance Tracking is enabled for an Event Type:

• Staff can record whether a companion will be attending the appointment when booking the appointment
• If enabled, companion attendance will be prompted when the appointment is marked as Completed, ensuring consistent and accurate data collection.

This feature makes it easy to gather actionable information with minimal impact on your existing workflow, helping your clinic make more informed decisions while enhancing the patient experience.
