If you have not yet had a chance to use reports, click on the Reports button on the toolbar on the left-hand side of your screen. In a new tab, you will see all the reports that are available to your user account. Click on your desired report, set your desired parameters, and view your data in your customized filter. System administrators can control access to reports by user or by role at Setup > User administration: right-click on a user or a role and select Edit reports.
Appointment-based reports now list appointment referral source
The XLS version of the Appointment Analysis and Cancelled and No Show Appointments reports now have a column for the appointment’s referral source.
Price List report now offers additional parameters
When generating an instance of the Price List report, you can now choose whether to include or exclude inactive items, inactive manufacturers, and items with the price set to zero.
Discount Summary by Provider report now has a parameter for discount reasons
When generating an instance of the Discount Summary by Provider report, you can now choose to consider only a subset of your system’s discount types.
Clarified location grouping for A/R Aging reports
For the A/R Aging Detail (Insurer), A/R Aging Detail (Patient), and A/R Aging Summary reports, we’ve made a change to the group-by parameters: whereas previously you could only group by (transaction) location or insurer, you can now group by transaction location, patient location, and insurer. Additionally, in the XLS versions of the aging reports, there are now two different columns for transaction location and patient location, to allow for convenient filtering in Excel.
