Use tools in your Blueprint OMS system to quickly convert database information into additional revenue opportunities and improve your patient follow-up. By combining the Hearing Aid Aging report with a customized marketing campaign, you can pinpoint which patients are due for a device upgrade and market to them accordingly.
First, retrieve the HA Aging report from the list of reports.
Running the HA Aging report from the Tools > Reports menu will allow you to see how many patients are due for a hearing aid upgrade and potential revenue numbers based on the average selling price for hearing aids in your practice.
This report shows a clinic with over 500 patients with hearing aids between four and eight years old. Based on the details from the report, head over to the marketing module to put together a mailing campaign to market to your patients with aging devices.
Then, run a marketing campaign to generate a list of patients.
By clicking on the marketing module, creating a new campaign and using the Last Aid Purchased marketing filter, a list of patients can be generated and used for printing labels, envelopes or creating a mail merge directly in Blueprint OMS. Another option is to export the list to Excel for sending to your mailing house or email marketing service.
